This relates back to something called the Manning hypothesis, which suggests that guys with longer ring fingers than index fingers were exposed to less testosterone in the womb, and so aren’t as masculine today as men with even fingers. The researchers in this study found that even-fingered dudes were more confident in their mating skills (because of all that testosterone), and thus were more likely to gift erotic panties to their partners.
