What Is Butyl Tape: Introduction
Adhesives come in three main varieties: silicon-based, rubber-based, or acrylic-based. You can find both natural and synthetic rubber adhesives. To get more news about Butyl Tape, you can visit senpinghz.com official website.
In this article, we focus on butyl adhesives, part of the rubber-based category. Butyl was developed to augment traditional rubber adhesives. Butyl tapes are less temperature-sensitive and maintain their stickiness at much lower temperatures than natural rubber.
With butyl rubber tape, you find a tape that instantly adheres to most surfaces and has a high adhesion level. Due to its flexibility, it bonds well in applications where moisture is a factor, such as with decks. Homeowners and builders appreciate how quickly they can make a repair with butyl seal tape.
A deck’s substructure, its beams, and joists can start to rot around 8 to 10 years, even with treated lumber. Ensure your deck’s substructure lasts as long as the deck boards it supports with butyl tape.
Water leakage through your decking boards can cause hidden damage unless your beams and joists are covered. Even tiny cracks around screws and can lead to wood rot. For a small cost, you can protect your deck substructure by applying flashing tape. SAN-GOBUILDt can waterproof the tops of the deck joists, rim joists, beams, and the ledger board. It will hold water out and help seal around screw holes and metal fasteners to prevent corrosion.

The best sex toys and tech at CES 2020
As long as humanity has been around, we've always looked for ways to control our sexual pleasure. Hell, researchers discovered a 28,000 year-old dildo, so sex tech isn't exactly a new development. What is new is mainstream acceptance of devices at events like CES 2020.To get more news about male masturbators sale, you can visit pinkkittytoys.com official website.
It's an about face from last year's fiasco when sexual wellness company Lora DiCarlo had its innovation award stripped by the CTA. After months of backlash, the CTA reversed its decision, reinstated the award and allowed other sexual wellness companies to exhibit at this year's CES.
Check out our Best of CES 2020 awards
I had the opportunity to check out a few of these companies at CES. And while achieving pleasure is at the forefront of these products, in some cases, they're also being utilized as health aides, helping women readjust to sexual activity after pregnancy or men deal with premature ejaculation. TL:DR: sex tech = wellness.
The brand that started CES' sexual revolution is back with two brand-new toys, one of which is the Baci. It's essentially the clitoral stimulator from the original award-winning Osé minus the G-spot stimulator. Baci uses a mix air flow technology and the company's micro robotics. The gadget is designed to mimic the feeling of a mouth engaging the clitoris, for the ultimate in oral pleasure.
Crave's Vesper line of vibrators makes sure your toys are always within reach and always hidden in plain sight, masquerading as a stylish piece of jewelry. The company is continuing the trend with the Vesper Rings. Available in two sizes, both rings are made from stainless steel and are available in three premium finishes (24K Gold, Silver and Rose Gold) similar to the Vesper necklace. Despite their size, both rings manage to deliver a powerful set of vibrations at several different speeds and strengths.
Don't call it a vibrator. Like the Osé before it, the Lora DiCarlo's Onda doesn't vibrate. Instead it uses the company's micro robotics to simulate a finger performing the "come gesture," which is perfect for G-spot stimulation. The device's shape makes it ideal for navigating a person's unique curves, making for a better experience than other G-spot focused devices.
Most sexual health devices are designed to help you achieve an orgasm. So is the Lioness 2, but the product takes things a step further and helps women understand how and when they orgasm. Similar to Gen. 1 Lioness, Gen. 2 uses sensors to track body heat and pelvic floor movement and measures the steps between arousal and orgasm and graphs everything in a free companion app. But thanks to tracking over 30,000 orgasms via Gen. 1, the second-gen iteration can offer suggestions on how to reach the big O using AI suggestions. So just how accurate is Gen. 2? The app can now measure the difference between an orgasm achieved while on caffeine versus on while drinking wine. Best of all, all these software enhancements will also be available on Gen. 1.
By itself, the Lovesense Max 2 is a wireless male masturboratory aid and a pretty snazzy one at that, offering 360-degree contractions, adjustable suction and the ability to be used with a partner -- whether you’re in the same room or miles away. And if you have the Lovesense Nora vibrator, it can be used by a partner in tandem with the Max 2. All of that’s well and good, but what makes the Max 2 stand out is its ability to be used with a virtual reality headset, including Oculus and HTC Vive products as well as the Samsung Odyssey. Paired with a VR game titled Mirror Life, the Max 2 will provide stimulation based on what’s happening between you and your virtual partner.
The MyHixel Med is meant to solve the medical issue of premature ejaculation. Instead of the various vibration and suction patterns you’d expect from a regular masturbatory aid, the Med provides a steady constant vibration designed to help the user control when they climax. MyHixel also comes with a code for an app that connects you with a professional sexual health expert for a free consultation. The app offers a series of programs the company claims can triple your endurance. And those without sexual dysfunction issues can use MiHixel and the app to prolong their stamina overall.
Best Oral Sex Toys For People Who Crave More Tongue
If you’re someone who lusts over the sensation of licking and sucking, some great news: Oral sex toys deliver the delicious stimulation of someone going down on you—with or without an actual partner present. Whether you want a sex toy that adds that flicking feeling to your solo play or you’re looking to add new stimulation to your partner play, there’s a wide world of oral sex toys to choose from. We’ll explore the biggest questions when it comes to shopping for oral sex toys, the different types that you’ll find, and share the best oral sex toys recommended by sex experts. To get more news about sex toys extreme, you can visit pinkkittytoys.com official website.
What are oral sex toys?
“An oral sex toy is either a toy that stimulates the feeling of oral sex or that can be used as an accessory with oral sex,” says Jenn Mason, the owner of WinkWink Boutique. “These are sometimes the same toy, and sometimes they’re different.”
What are different types of oral sex toys?
There are a few types of oral sex toys, starting with clitoral suction vibrators (also known as air pulse vibrators and airwaves vibrators). These toys use suction and air to surround the clitoris and indirectly stimulate it. “This is a unique feeling that’s similar to oral sex and has had really excellent orgasmic results,” says Gigi Engle, ACS, resident sex educator at 3Fun and author of All the F*cking Mistakes: A Guide to Sex, Love, and Life, who nods to vibrators models made by Satisfyer and Womanizer.
Another type of oral sex toy is clitoral stimulators (such as the Skyn Caress or the Fun Factory Volta), which include tongue vibrators. These stimulators have silicone “tongues,” “lips,” or “petals” that flutter across the clit. Engle says these petals provide “more direct stimulation to the clitoris, but it's still very interesting and feels different from a standard vibrator.”
For people with penises, male masturbators such as masturbation sleeves (also known as “strokers,” or—if they vibrate—“power strokers”) simulate the feeling of a blow job, and some anal vibrators and butt plugs produce a sensation similar to rimming (or anal-oral sex).
What are the benefits of using an oral sex toy?
“While the benefits of using an oral sex toy alone may be obvious because you don’t have a partner to do it for you, using it with a partner can enhance and prolong stimulation alongside what your partner is doing,” says Mason. “Our bodies have limitations on how long they can provide oral sex (and even on the kinds of sensations we can offer).”
Oral sex toys provide a completely different type of stimulation from other sex toys, and that can feel really nice on nerve endings. They can also be quite visually stimulating, says Engle, especially if one partner is watching the other utilize the toy on themselves. Additionally, the suction vibrators can be used on nipples and the heads of penises, making it quite the multifunctional tool.

9 Ways to Make Your Video Walls Work
When implementing video walls, an event technology coordinator can run into a wide variety of problems. This article aims to provide solutions for common mistakes when implementing this technology. To get more news about INDOOR LED SCREEN, you can visit htj-led.com official website.
Common Pitfalls to Avoid when Using Video Walls
Whether you plan to rent LED video walls that are in a prime location, or lease or purchase them and install them at your own event space, the cost is often easily offset through the sheer amount of exposure you can achieve in a short period. There are, however, some common pitfalls to consider and avoid. Let’s take a look at what you need to know to create a flawless video experience.
Not Understanding the Business Goals of Using a Video Wall
Before undertaking any visual implementation, the technology coordinator must consider the business goals associated with this strategy. How will a video wall improve and promote your message versus the promotion you’re currently undertaking? For example, in an event environment, a video wall is extremely useful for displaying event sponsor content, directing attendees to various areas of the venue grounds and keeping guests entertained with engaging visuals, among other things.
Not Understanding the Space
Before even considering implementing a video wall, it’s imperative that you understand the space that you’ll be occupying. These factors will come into play when determining the appropriate size, brightness, pixel pitch, resolution and power requirements of the video wall you’ll rent or purchase. Also, consider the other elements that will be present in the space – if you’re setting up for a trade show and only have a small booth, a large video wall may be overpowering to attendees and detract from your main message.
Not Understanding the Technical Capabilities of Video Wall Content
Videos, images, audio, text other content will need to be optimized for the type of video wall you’re using. Nothing makes a video wall look more unprofessional than tiny, unreadable font and low-resolution images. Both should be large and clear enough to easily understand. Remember: Even though content looks awesome on a laptop screen, it might not translate to the hugeness of video walls. Always build video wall content with big screens in mind.
Not Understanding Common Content Issues
There are several common problems that people without design experience can run into when developing content for video displays. Let’s explore a few.
Content is too long – whether a sponsor’s message overstays its welcome, or a block of text is too big and chunky, content that’s too long is a common problem among amateur designers or event advertisers. Short, simple messages will always be more effective on a digital sign. Take, for example, a billboard on the highway: when a person is driving 70 mph, they just don’t have the time to take in a 30-second advertisement. Likewise, people aren’t sitting down on their couch when they’re at an event, they’re dealing with a ton of distractions and are probably moving about – that’s why it’s important to present an easily digestible message. The general rule of thumb is to limit the length of video wall content to around 10 seconds.
Small, unreadable text – When designing content, make letters large, at least a fourth of the screen and use a sans serif font. Some designers create super small text that might look nice on their laptop screen when they create it, but looks bad on the video wall. Additionally, depending on the pixel pitch you use, shades or glossy effects on text may not be needed. Despite its size, many video walls contain many fewer pixels than a computer screen, meaning they are not as detailed. In other words, it’s virtuously pointless to create shadows or shining effects on a three-inch letter that looks great on a computer, but isn’t viewable on a video wall with spaced out pixels.
stronger combat helmet is headed to soldiers
In about a year, a helmet under development that shaves nearly half of the weight off soldiers’ current helmet and provides better protection will likely be on soldiers’ heads. To get more news about Hard Armor panels, you can visit bulletproofboxs.com official website.
It uses the same materials, shedding an additional accessory currently fielded, all through a change in how the plastic used to make it is processed.Developers with the Army’s Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center have recently showcased the NSRDEC Prototype Helmet after first sharing some of the work being done on the helmet last year.
The NSRDEC helmet is made from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, which is lighter than Kevlar. The shell of the new helmet weighs 2.5 pounds and the final weight puts it at 3.25 pounds.
There’s kind of a competition between increased threat and weight,” said Richard Green, the director of the Soldier Protection and Survivability Directorate at NSRDEC. “We want to protect against increased threat, while minimizing the weight. That’s our goal.”
The less weight the soldier carries on his or her head the less fatigue they have to deal with, especially over missions that can last anywhere from 12 to 18 hours. And the new material process gives a 2-pound weight savings over the current Integrated Head Protection System, which the Army tested with airborne units last year and is now fielding. That system requires a “ballistic applique” that can provide rifle fire protection also, according to a Pentagon release.
The standard ACH Gen II helmet protects against 9 mm rounds and some fragmentation. But the new prototype adds rifle protection yet doesn’t need the modular applique for that addition as does the Integrated Head Protection System to provide similar protection to “prevalent rifle threat.”
Army seeks 80,000 ballistic helmets to protect troops against high velocity bullets
The Army is seeking new ballistic helmets that offer a greater level of protection to troops against high velocity bullets than the earlier variant of ballistic helmets that were introduced about three years ago to replace the vintage metal and fibreglass headgear. To get more news about Hard Armor Plates, you can visit bulletproofboxs.com official website.
“Ballistic helmets with protection against 9mm bullets have been inducted in service in lieu of fiberglass helmets. With the threat of 7.62 x 39mm bullets to the troops, there is a need to induct ballistic helmets with higher protection parameters,” a request for proposal (RFP) issued by Army Headquarters this week states. “Existing threat along the Line of Control and Line of Actual Control and counter terrorist environment necessitates minimum protection against high-speed rifle bullets and blast fragments,” the RFP adds.
The army has projected a requirement for 80,000 helmets, which includes 3,600 helmets for troops deployed on anti-terrorist operations with the Rashtriya Rifles in Jammu and Kashmir. The indigenous content should be at least 50 per cent.
The Army has specified that the helmets must provide protection from 7.62x39 mm mild steel core bullets at 10 meters as well as from high-speed blast fragments. These should also incorporate tactical rails for attachment of additional equipment such as night vision devices, face visor, torch and in-service radio communication sets.
In June 2020, the Army had issued a request for information to the industry for the procurement of one lakh ballistic helmets that were capable of providing protection against 7.62 mm bullets. Ballistic helmets are made of various composite materials and are lighter and stronger than traditional metallic headgear.
Army officers said that a 7.62 mm rifle bullet is much more lethal than a 9 mm bullet fired from a pistol or sub-machinegun, besides having a longer range. The muzzle velocity of the 7.62 mm AK-47 assault rifle is 2,350 feet per second as compared to 1,312 feet per second of the MP-5, a widely used sub-machinegun.
After phasing out the 7.62 mm Ishpore self loading rifles in the late 1990s, the Army used the INSAS 5.56 mm rifles and light machinegun, then in line with the global trend of using a smaller caliber for assault rifles. There is now a doctrinal shift to revert back to 7.62 mm caliber.
The Army’s recent inductions of the SIG Sauer 716 and AK-203 assault rifles to replace the INSAS have 7.62 mm caliber. Based upon its experiences in counter terrorist operations and asymmetric warfare, the Army is opting for higher caliber personal weapons with the objective of “shoot to kill” rather than the post world war western philosophy of “shoot to incapacitate” by using lighter bullets as wounded soldiers created additional administrative and logistical problems for the enemy. Army officers said that weapons with a higher kill probability are preferred in anti-terrorist operations, especially where a lone terrorist or a small group may be acting on their own.
China May Be 'Uninvestable' After All
Earlier in March of this year, JPMorgan Chase shocked investors and attracted controversy in the financial media for labelling Chinese internet companies as "uninvestable."To get more international business news china, you can visit shine news official website.
We at Stratos Capital Partners not only agree with this assessment of Chinese internet companies, but we also view Chinese equities more broadly as becoming an 'uninvestable' asset class. Investors with exposure to Chinese equities should consider cutting losses as China's economic rebound becomes ever more elusive.
Despite what we view as good intentions by its research team to warn investors of the dangers of investing in Chinese internet companies such as Alibaba (BABA), Tencent (OTCPK:TCEHY), and Meituan (OTCPK:MPNGF), JPMorgan eventually succumbed to mounting pressure from prospective clients, nationalistic Chinese netizens, and quite possibly entities linked to Beijing. JPMorgan upgraded those companies two months later claiming that the original call was published in error.
At the time of writing, Seeking Alpha's Quant Rating has a 'Hold' rating for both Alibaba and Tencent, and a 'Strong Sell' for the broader KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF (KWEB).
Valid Reasons For Being 'Uninvestable'
This is not the first time analysts have issued dire warnings against investing in Chinese stocks. From our standpoint as advocates of long-term investing, we too share the view that what qualifies as a high-quality investment, necessarily requires some level of visibility into future cash flows or prospects of the asset in question. When it comes to investing in China, though, the future is wildly unpredictable given the lack of transparency, weak accounting standards, and poor regulatory oversight. Worse, the fate of the Chinese economy is almost entirely dependent on the political aspirations of a single man, Chinese President Xi Jinping.
And Xi Jinping's actions of late have been nothing short of disturbing for investors. Even former Morgan Stanley Chief Economist and long-time optimist of China, Stephen Roach, has recently issued warnings that China's actions are signaling the early stages of a cold war.
Political Risks Overshadow Economic Potential
The political risks associated with doing business in China have relentlessly haunted the minds of business leaders over the years. In fact, most observers would agree that the uncertainties of doing business in China, are for the most part political in essence rather than economic.
Investing and doing business in highly authoritarian regimes is a double-edged sword. On one hand, decisive leadership means economic policies can be proposed and implemented quickly without having to accommodate conflicting interests (workers vs firms, savers vs lenders, welfare vs taxes, fossil fuels vs environment). On the other hand, authoritarian states often prioritise political interests over good economics. This means that economic policies may initially welcome foreign investors during the boom years, but quickly switch towards preserving political power and control during a crisis.
For long-term investors, we believe that the risk-to-reward for investing in Chinese stocks is no longer as attractive as before. As we begin to see more evidence that Xi Jinping will prioritise political interests over economic development, investors will increasingly be caught off-guard by sudden policy changes that could undermine their investments. As the chart below demonstrates, investing in China hasn't been worth the risk over the years.
The pandemic has demonstrated how China has become more unpredictable for investors. Chinese authorities initially responded to news of the virus outbreak by downplaying the seriousness of the situation and limiting the flow of information. However, when the containment strategy failed, draconian orders were issued to lock down cities and deploy manpower (military & public health) to enforce harsh quarantine measures and maintain order.
When several countries began to explore possibilities of managing an endemic Covid by limiting the effects of the virus with vaccines, Beijing doubled down on its zero-Covid strategy, insisting that the safety of its citizens is a top priority while pointing to the high COVID death rates in the U.S as proof of the democratic world’s dysfunction.
Fast forward to the present environment, nations with high vaccination rates are reopening their economies and businesses are on the path to recovery. In hindsight, China’s zero Covid strategy makes little sense especially given that the modern global economy has become so deeply interconnected by trade and air travel. But having raised the stakes of pursuing a zero-COVID strategy and having already suffered heavy economic losses, there was no turning back for Xi Jinping given the risk of losing political support within his party. By now, Xi Jinping’s priorities seem clear to me: Politics must come first, and the economy can wait.
Chinese Stocks Slump as Covid Woes Outweigh Policy Push
Chinese stocks slid as growing disruptions from Covid outbreaks hurt sentiment, offsetting the boost from a key policy meeting where authorities pledged growth support. To get more china business market news, you can visit shine news official website.
The CSI 300 Index retreated 1.5% in its biggest drop since Oct. 28, with health care and telecom sectors falling the most. The Shanghai Composite Index declined 1.9%, also capping its worst day since the reopening boost. Chinese shares trading in Hong Kong reversed earlier gains. A huge reopening rally in recent weeks has been giving way to more cautious trading, as investors come to terms with mounting economic disruptions from the Covid Zero pivot. Monday’s market setback came even as Chinese top officials pledged at the Central Economic Work Conference to revive consumption and support private businesses.
Although the CEWC delivered some meaningful and practical messages, investors are not too excited as the economy in the next three months is likely to be largely affected by the first and second wave of Covid breakout with the market to cool after a one-month rebound,” Jefferies Financial Group Inc. analyst Chen Shujin wrote in a note.
Economists said the outcome of the conference indicated the focus next year will be on boosting growth, with policy makers likely to target expansion of at least 5%. Beijing passed the first peak of infections over the weekend, with more than 40% of the population infected, Chen at Jefferies estimated, citing data from the Mini App “City Database.” Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou are similarly headed for a peak in cases.
However, equities may experience a second leg of rebound if traffic in Tier-1 cities recovers soon to validate the “success” of China’s “fast spreading, fast resumption” strategy, Chen added.
What Are The Different Types Of Safe Locks
Before deciding what type of safe lock to use for your safe storage needs, it is a good idea to learn about the differences between the major types of safe locks. Safe locks are usually interchangeable because they have the same mounting dimension. You can use a mechanical combination lock, a digital lock, or a key lock, depending on your preference. To get more news about commercial safe locks, you can visit securamsys.com official website.
However, the fundamental features and qualities of these locks are not identical, and certain safe locks are better suited for specific purposes. In harsh situations, such as a damp outdoor climate, a mechanical safe lock is clearly more trustworthy than an electronic safe lock. In this article, we will go over the most prevalent types of safe locks in use today. Read on.
If you have trouble remembering number combinations, a key-operated safe is a good choice. They are frequently of good quality and long-lasting construction. They provide adequate security if you safeguard the key, so keep it separate from your other keys. The disadvantage is that safe keys are easily identifiable and can be targeted by a savvy thief who suspects you are concealing cash or valuables.
Key locks have the undeniable advantage of being simple and inexpensive. However, there is one critical security issue to consider: key management. If the keys are left in the room where the safe is installed, criminals are highly likely to find them and quickly open the safe. Although a key lock is the simplest sort of lock, it does raise the problem of where to keep the key.
Electronic combination locks come in a variety of shapes and sizes. These locks usually contain a keypad for entering codes and an internal lock for storing the codes and blocking bolts. Biometric locks, such as fingerprint locks, are included in this category as well.
Features Of An Electronic Combination Lock Safe
There is no possibility of keys being misplaced or stolen.
Requires a power source, such as batteries.
Individual users are given the ability to keep and alter their own codes, making it feasible to determine who has opened the safe by auditing the lock.
In some circumstances, users must remember to lock the safe by turning the keypad or a knob or handle.
A mechanical combination lock, often known as a dial safe lock or a wheel combination lock, is the safe lock industry’s most recognizable icon. The dial is used to enter the codes, while the wheel packs inside the lock are used for code combinations. These safes are of different types including a gun safe with mechanical lock that is most preferred by gun license holders to have their guns secured.
Biometric fingerprint safes are high-tech devices that provide some of the best security available. If you are looking for the greatest protection for your home or business, Safewell, one of the best safe manufacturers globally will have you sorted. It secures your belongings with a range of security features, including a high-quality and long-lasting metal casing, advanced locks and deadbolts, and exaggerated weight for difficult mobility.
Biometric fingerprint safes are also available in a variety of sizes, allowing them to be placed in various locations depending on your demands. Large biometric fingerprint lock safe for organizations can be purchased and installed in office space to protect valuables and papers. You might even invest in a biometric safe for your house, which is tiny enough to conceal inside a cupboard or under a stack of books for increased security.
How Does A Biometric Fingerprint Safe Work?
A biometric finger-safe employs a unique locking and access system. You have probably used a safe before. This frequently necessitates the input of a code or the use of a key. Digital or more traditional combinations, such as a rotating dial, are available. While these security options offer a high level of protection, there is one method that outperforms them all.
A biometric access system scans your unique fingerprint, which is saved on a small computer attached to the lock. When it reads your fingerprint input, the secure locking will open. The safe’s access is limited to your unique biology, making it extremely secure.
