What is CNC Knife Cutting Machine?

1.1 Definition
The combination of oscillating knife, tangential knife, drag knife and router bits make CNC knife cutting machine. This robust cutting tool is designed with greater versatility and used for high-precision cutting of heavier flexible and semi-rigid materials.Get more news about Knife Cutting Machine, you can vist our website!

This high precision CNC machine is equipped with a variety of knife tools and blades. The blade of this cutting tool moves on the surface of the material as per the configured tool path. You can either move only the knife or both the knife and the material for cutting the material.

From garment to knitting, packaging, graphics, leather, and textile industry, large manufacturing firms are using CNC knife cutting machines to process all types of material involved with the tasks like cutting, routing, creasing, scoring, plotting, punching, etc.

Also known as vinyl cutter or sign cutting machine, the distinguishing characteristics of the machine is that it can cut the material by pressing the tool into the material.

Unlike other tools such as spinning tools, laser heat, or water jets, CNC knife cutting machine transfers no heat while cutting the material. As a result, the knives and blades of the machine remain clean, simple and save in different environments.
1.2 Different Kind of Knife Tools and their Functioning?
CNC knife cutting machine also known as digital cutting machine helps in processing a wide range of materials that have more than one cutting head.

With multiple cutting heads, you can ensure that the machine is configured to meet your unique business needs.

When combined with different cutting technologies, the machine provides versatility by offering a routing spindle and two knives that can either be tangential, oscillating drag, vinyl or a combination of them.

1.2.1 Drag Knife: This type of knife is used for cutting different materials at the speed and precision of a CNC router. Drag knife cuts a wide range of materials up to a depth of 1/4 inch. The tip of the blade is slightly offset from the center of the collet so that the knife can rotate as per the moving direction the CNC machine.

From a box cutter blade in a holder to hardened alloy made the blade, this knife is custom-made. Drag knives can be easily fitted as well as replaced but the only trouble that you might face is with abrasive materials. More the material is thicker; the blade may produce increased friction pushing the material out of its place.
1.2.2 Tangential Knife: Apart from the drag knife tool, this type of knife is controlled by a motor. The tangential knife is more robust in nature and process thicker, heavier, and hard materials very smoothly.
It is used for processing both thick and tough materials. Multiple blade options of this knife help in cutting a wide range of harder and heavier materials. It allows the machine to accurately cut square corners and maintain part accuracy.
The tangential knife system has a range of optional and interchangeable blade holders which allows it to cut rubber, composites, duct liner and a mixture of soft and semi-rigid materials.

1.2.3 Oscillating Knife: This type of knife options is considered as one of the most important for businesses that help in processing flexible materials like packaging foam, foam core, gator foam, corrugated plastic, and cardboard.

The oscillating knife slices the material with ease giving clean and fine cut edges with almost 0 percent chance of abrasion.
Oscillating knife system ensures to deliver accurate and even cuts on thicker materials without making excessive cuts. The oscillating knife is versatile in nature and has the ability to cut a wide range of materials maintaining small detail and curves.

1.2.4 Creasing Wheel: Often known as Rotary Blade, it is used for cutting hard to abrasive materials. Hardness is one such benefit of this type of tool.

Recyclus ‘Halo’ battery boxes receive UN-standard safety certification

the first listed UK company to focus on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that Recyclus Group, a 49% Technology Minerals-owned company, has been granted a UN-standard safety certification for its industry-leading battery boxes.Get more news about Cerall Battery Box,you can vist our website!

The battery boxes, under the brand name Halo, provide a secure solution to the challenges of safely storing and transporting Li-ion batteries, as well as a mechanism for Recyclus’ strategy for UK-wide collections of Li-ion batteries and other dangerous goods.

The battery boxes meet rigorous safety standards and have received the ADR certification P911, a requirement for transporting hazardous substances by road within Europe.

The certification confirms that the boxes adhere to UN standards (UN nos. 3090, 3091, 3480 and 3481) for the transport of damaged or defective cells and batteries liable to rapidly disassemble, dangerously react, produce a flame, a dangerous evolution of heat, or a dangerous emission of toxic, corrosive, or flammable gases or vapours under normal conditions of transport.

Receiving the certification opens new logistical market opportunities for Recyclus in the batteries sector, as the Company has demonstrated it can safely store and move batteries to UN standards. The battery boxes will be sold both in the UK market and internationally, and will also be available for short-term leasing options. It also highlights the importance of security and safety in the battery supply chain, especially with potentially hazardous Li-ion batteries.
Lithium batteries can pose a serious fire risk if mishandled. If punctured, even small ones could explode. Recent research from Eunomia Research and Consulting found that Li-ion batteries are currently responsible for around 48% of all waste fires in the UK each year, causing around £158 million in damages annually.

Should a fire occur during storage or transportation, the Halo boxes contain the event and, as a secondary measure, the boxes’ proprietary fire-smothering ‘battery pillows’ extinguish any fires and prevent the build-up of poisonous gases. In the event of a fire, the pillows are designed to fail at the source, releasing ‘pyrobubbles,’ which melt and smother the flame. This solution is safer and more environmentally friendly because it stops battery fires from releasing toxic gases.

The boxes are also designed with value and longevity in mind. The modular approach means any damaged components can be easily swapped out for ease of repair and lower costs.

Robin Brundle, Chairman of Technology Minerals, said: “It is imperative that lithium-ion batteries are handled, stored, and transported with the highest standards of safety, and we are proud to achieve this UN-standard certification demonstrating the quality and safety of our Halo box technological solution.

“As the world embraces the era of electrification, there is set to be a huge increase in demand for the logistical capability to safely store, move, and recycle batteries, and this certification opens up another revenue stream to Recyclus, both domestically and abroad, at an opportune time. Discussions with potential customers have demonstrated the level of demand for the Halo boxes and we expect to see revenues during August.”

How to Fix a Broken Exhaust Pipe

Exhaust piping can break for a number of reasons. Rust, cracks, scrapes and holes can develop over the lifetime of the vehicle and require repair. In some instances, the exhaust may be too damaged to be repaired and may require replacement, but you might be able to repair some less severe kinds of damage using common hand tools. Start by inspecting the damage and assessing your repair options, then decide whether or not to seal the leak, replace the muffler, or take your vehicle in to a mechanic.Get more news about Muffler Pipe, you can vist our website!

Park the vehicle on a level surface. In order to repair an exhaust leak, you will need to jack the vehicle up to locate it. Always jack vehicles up on flat, level surfaces to ensure the jack won't topple over as you lift the vehicle. It is also important to ensure the surface is sturdy enough to support the weight of the vehicle beneath the jack.
Wait for the exhaust to cool. You won't be able to work on the exhaust pipe of your vehicle until it has cooled down for a while. The exhaust gas that travels through the exhaust piping is extremely hot while the engine is running and it could take hours for the metal to cool enough to touch.
Jack the vehicle up. Once the exhaust is cool enough to work on, slide a scissor or trolley jack under one of the vehicle's rear jack points. Once in place, either lift and lower the handle (trolley jack) or turn the handle (scissor jack) to jack the car up.
Inspect the exhaust piping. If you aren't able to easily identify the leak in the exhaust pipe, use the vantage point you gained jacking up the vehicle to visually inspect the piping and muffler. Look for signs of damage that may indicate a leak such a deep rusting, cracks, scrapes or holes.
Start the engine to help locate leaks. If you can't find the leak in the exhaust pipe with a visual inspection, leave the vehicle jacked up and start the engine. With the engine running, you should be able to quickly and easily identify the source of the leak.
Determine the best way to repair the damage. If your exhaust pipe is severely rusted or has suffered extensive damage, it likely cannot be repaired and instead will need to be replaced. However, if the issue is a small leak or damaged muffler, you can patch the leak or replace the muffler using common hand tools.
Scrub around the hole with a steel toothed brush. You won't be able to identify the size of the leak or effectively repair it until you remove all of the road grime, dirt and rust from the pipe around the hole. Use a steel toothed brush to scrub away the grime, being careful not to get any in your eyes.
Prepare the surface of the pipe with sandpaper. Sandpaper will remove any last bits of dirt and debris stuck to the pipe while scoring the steel surface to better stick when you apply the patch. Rub 80 or 100 grit sandpaper back and forth along the exhaust pipe around the leak you intend to seal.
Wipe acetone on the pipe around the leak. Acetone will ensure the metal is clean and free of anything that could interfere with the seal created by the exhaust tape or epoxy. Acetone is the primary ingredient in nail polish remover, so you may use nail polish remover for this step if you'd rather not purchase acetone strictly for this project.

Limited Edition iFak kit

Limited run! The Ignitor pack has been discontinued, so get in quick! To get more news about IFAK, you can visit rusuntacmed.com official website.

With the success of our Front-Line Guardian Tactical IFAK kit (SEE HERE) we've had a good amount of feedback from front-line medics and we've slightly adapted the kit.

The tourniquet and the sheers have been moved inside the kit and we've removed the Crepe bandage and thermal blanket. If you would like to add these back in, let us know. We sell the items separately.

The system has been created to deal with trauma as quickly and effectively as possible. The kit has been constructed out of best-in-class products and are housed in a durable streamlined, low-profile design that has been crafted to attach to a MOLLE vest or Duty belt.
Everyday carry is all about tradeoffs, but an IFAK like the Warrior Poet Society EDC Ankle Medical Kit offers more cargo space and fewer equipment compromises than its competitors. While it may not include everything necessary to meet MARCH treatment standards, it has more than enough extra room to allow users to achieve that milestone.

The WPS ankle kit has earned a reputation for being the most EDC-friendly ankle IFAK on the market. Users frequently comment on how comfortable it is for all-day wear. It features a breathable, antimicrobial (i.e., anti-stink) inside mesh lining, and to minimize hotspots, it uses a cuff design with pockets sewn onto (rather than into) it which pushes bulk (and discomfort) away from your leg.

Like any good IFAK, the gear that comes with this ankle med kit is high-quality. It boasts a CAT tourniquet and various components from North American Rescue. As a bonus, the cuff's ends each sport small, hidden pockets underneath the Velcro panels, which are themselves secured with the sticky stuff and are large enough to store handcuff keys, lock pick sets, small flash drives, and other miscellaneous items.

The WPS ankle kit does disappoint in two main areas. Despite its ability to accommodate the extra equipment, this kit lacks critical components capable of making it a TCCC-level IFAK. On the flip side, a fully-loaded WPS ankle IFAK is bulkier than any of its competitors. While no one is likely to see it print, the kit's girth may be a source of consternation for some.
Before buying an IFAK, get trained on how to use it. If you have no idea what a nasopharyngeal airway is or how to use a tourniquet properly (Hollywood knows nothing about saving lives), then an IFAK likely will be a complete waste of your money while simultaneously endangering your life and freedom. Good Samaritan laws protect trained individuals against lawsuits, but anyone providing medical care that is outside their level of training can, and most likely will, be sued and imprisoned. Of course, you can't sue yourself (last I checked), but you certainly can unintentionally end your own life. Get proper training. Also, remember that you are much more likely to have to save someone's life with an IFAK than with your peashooter.

Types of IFAKs
First things first, let's define some terms. The original IFAK (individual first aid kit) was created for battlefield grunts, so a true IFAK is designed specifically for combat applications. As such, these med kits (sometimes called "trauma kits") will possess a very specific list of contents and nothing else. That said, other "IFAKs" also exist on the civilian market.

Civilian IFAKs usually provide enough medical equipment for at least one individual, and in some cases, it may be tailored to specific activities, such as hunting or camping. Of course, this creates a marketing free-for-all and a nightmare for undiscerning buyers. Sometimes, civilian IFAKs meet (or exceed) the same standards as military medical kits, but other times, a so-called "IFAK" is merely a boo-boo kit in a MOLLE pouch. As with any life-saving equipment, always pay close attention to the details.

Key features of an IFAK
By its very nature, an IFAK is compact, lightweight, and ready to roll at a moment's notice. As such, these medical kits should be easy to carry, easy to access, and tough enough to resist the elements and rough handling. Specific contents also determine whether a first aid kit lives up to the IFAK name or not.

The best way to set up your IFAK
An IFAK or personal first aid kit is an essential part of any survival arsenal. To get more news about hemostatic dressing, you can visit rusuntacmed.com official website.

No survival pack is complete without a compact IFAK pouch. Your backpack can hold all the tools and supplies you need, but what if you hurt yourself? Read on as we walk you through how to cook the best IFAK like a pro.
Getting injured in a remote area is difficult and bad enough. But without the essentials of rescue, it would be a living nightmare. In situations like this, a simple first aid kit would make the difference between life and death.

Before IFAK, meaning Personal First Aid Kit, came into common use, a tactical medical backpack was standard military equipment. The possibility of soldiers being wounded in combat is high. This is why tactical medical bags are as important in warfare as firearms and ammunition.

A tactical medical pouch is specially designed to treat minor injuries and various ailments. Its content is based on a specific understanding of combat situations and risks. Below are the basic items found in a standard Combat Medic Aid Bag:

Far from traditional army medical kits, a modern IFAK looks more like a trauma kit. Instead of first aid items such as bandages, it contains trauma supplies for urgent life-saving treatments. Trauma kits are designed to treat life-threatening medical conditions such as hypothermia, airway passage problems, and exsanguination. There is no uniform list of trauma first aid kits. These kits are configured based on how medical staff respond to potential risks. The content of an IFAK also depends on the particular training that a doctor has taken.

This means that SWAT doctors, for example, can use trauma kits that differ from those of a regular doctor. Tactical first aid pouch may include airway insertions, needle decompressions and other tools for invasive procedures. These types of medical procedures require intensive professional training.State-of-the-art IFAKs may vary depending on the specific conditions under which they may be used. Yet all modern first aid kits include a tourniquet and hemostatic agents. Hemostatic agents are items designed to stop excessive bleeding in patients.
In life-threatening emergencies, probably the most common person in the area is a civilian. It is not uncommon for spectators to be injured in vehicle accidents or shooting incidents. When this happens, bleeding can occur and the ability of another civilian to intervene can be crucial in saving lives.

An emergency is one of the main reasons even civilians should wear even a simple first aid belt pouch all the time. You never will be when life or death can happen. The worst case scenario is that it can involve you and your loved ones. You wish you had an FAK in tow, but it might be too late. That is why it is wise to have an IFAK with you at all times. Whether you're just shopping for groceries or going out on a trip, taking a first aid kit would be handy. A first responder medical kit, as the snapshot says, could be the difference between living and not living.

Did you know that you can even design your IFAK according to your risk profile? Yes, and apart from that you can also choose the best first aid kit suitable for your level of training. In short, your personalized IFAK pouch could be a great insurance policy for you and your loved ones.

Now that you know the basics of owning an IFAK, it's time to get your custom kit ready. It doesn't take a medical professional to put together a first aid kit. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:

1.Plan your first aid kit
Planning your IFAK is essential for you to respond effectively to life and death situations. The goal is to be able to handle life-threatening incidents with minimal medical equipment. With this in mind, you can decide on the essentials for your kit.

Notes: A belt-mounted medical pouch is a smart option. This will make it easy to carry to all places. Other than that, the small size of your medical pouch makes it easy to access in an emergency.

2.Choose the right items
Choosing the right medical items is crucial for an effective IFAK. The best first aid kit contains the most common equipment needed to treat typical injuries. The basic 3 x 6 IFAK contents are:

Forgeline releases carbon-fiber and aluminum wheels

Carbon fiber is the miracle material that made its bones in the automotive scene with McLaren race cars in the early 1980s. Since then, it has found its way into body panels and monocoques for supercars, as well as all kinds of interior and exterior trim items for cars with sporty intentions. Most recently, it's been used for wheels on cars such as the Ford GT, Ford Shelby Mustang GT350, Porsche 911 Turbo S, and Ferrari 488 Pista. To get more news about Alloy rims , you can visit nnxwheels.com official website.

Now, the strong, lightweight material is teaming up with aluminum for new aftermarket wheels from Forgeline. These aren't the only carbon-fiber and aluminum wheels on the market. Brixton also offers similar wheels for similar prices.

Forgeline's Carbon + Forged series wheels are offered in three styles in 20- and 21-inch sizes. The 20-inch wheels are offered in 9.5-, 11-, and 12-inch widths, while all 21s are 12.5 inches wide. According to company president, Dave Schardt, the offsets range from 0 to +75 millimeters and the available bolt patterns are 5x108, 5x112, 5x114.3, 5x120, 5x120.7, 5x130, and 6x114.3. They were designed for use on all current Porsches, Ferraris, Corvettes, and McLarens, but Schardt says they will also work on Teslas, Mercedes-Benzes, BMWs, and various muscle cars.

Each wheel has a center that is CNC machined from 6061-T6 forged aluminum and bolted to a carbon-fiber barrel made by the British wheel manufacturer Dymag. That makes the new Carbon + Forge series two piece wheels, which can be beneficial down the line for any necessary repairs.

The inside portion of the barrel is finished in a glossy carbon-fiber weave. In addition to the three styles, Forgeline offers several finishes for the wheel centers, anything from fully polished to tints and powder coats in graphite, silver, gunmetal, red, yellow, blue, gold, black, gray, and copper.

The wheels are quite costly, though not as pricey as the pure carbon-fiber wheels we've seen. Prices range from $3,850 for a 20-inch wheel to $4,350 for a 21. The various finishes may come at no cost or range up to $525 per wheel, the latter for a polished face with brushed accents. Brixton wheels start at $16,000 per set.

Forgeline notes that the wheels have low static and inertial masses. The 20-inch wheels weigh only 16.5 pounds, and Schardt says they will save 5 or more pounds per wheel versus comparable alloy wheels. The company also says they offer minimal deflection and excellent fatigue strength, and they exceed all SAE and TUV test specifications. However, Forgeline also advises that they are for street use only and not for the track, though Schardt noted that a motorsport version will be offered later.

The company announced the Carbon + Forged line at the 2016 SEMA show, then signed the deal with Dymag last year. The wheels are on sale now and will begin shipping at the end of August.

What is a Forged Wheel?

Much like the Steel vs Cast Aluminum vs Flow Formed Cast article, you'll probably want to read it and the Wheel Basics articles before continuing to read this article. A few terms may get glossed over here only because they are fully referenced in those previous ones. So, if you happen to get lost on a term, head back to those to learn more.To get more news about Car wheel, you can visit nnxwheels.com official website.

In most cases, the aluminum used in a forged wheel and a cast wheel are the same alloy composition - either AISI 6061 or AISI 6082. Where they separate is how the wheel shape is formed. Instead of melting the aluminum alloy into a liquid form and flowed into a cast mold, it's a billet of aluminum.

That term gets tossed around quite a lot when you talk about aluminum parts. What it refers to is that the aluminum (and steel when you talk about "billet steel") is extruded by continuous casting or hot rolling into square, flat, or round stock that your aluminum part is made of.

That extrusion process creates a stronger material from the get-go and is why a billet part is of a higher quality and stronger in nature. The metal grains are compressed, ordered, and lengthened as you extrude it and is how the metal gains strength. Once that process is done it's on to the forging line.
Not all forging processes will be like this, but most will generally be done in the following way. First, the billet is heated and pressed forged into its initial shape. It has a bit of its wheel face designed in but there is no barrel, just a skirt of aluminum.

Here, it's very similar to the flow formed cast wheel process in that the piece is sent to another machine where it is heated. A forming die is then pressed to form the wheel barrel as it spins on another machine. The flanges, bead seats, and drop well are all formed at this point.
Before receiving any heat treatment to get the wheel to its final hardness, the wheel is cold spun, and any flashing created during the hot forming process is removed. The heat treating is done so that the wheel is hard but no so that it becomes too brittle.

You want a wheel that is rigid and that is what the heating process is designed to achieve. After treatment, the wheel is then machined, media blasted to remove any corrosion that may have built up, and finished by painting, powder coating, or polishing and sealing.
The use of a single billet of aluminum to create an entire wheel creates a wheel of unequaled strength for the final weight. It's the choice of wheel design in racing where exotic materials aren't allowed or just aren't feasible. As the forging process becomes cheaper and better, we're starting to see more forged aluminum wheels on Jeeps where it was more common to hear about the beadlock ring being the only forged aluminum part.

In addition to the weight of wheels continuing to go down, we're also starting to see the same trend in our off-road tires. Even large MT tires today weigh less than their counterparts of just a few years ago by using materials other than steel to create the tire carcass. Even so, you still want to decrease the rotational and un-sprung weight at your Jeep's hubs to decrease the effort your engine requires to turn them over.

It's here where small changes can have very big impacts on the performance of your rig. It's not just sports cars that will see these advantages. The less weight at the axle is horsepower the engine can transfer to the ground instead of trying to turn the wheel and tire. Less weight is less rotational momentum that your brakes must stop, though that is a very, very small gain when compared to the benefits to power and acceleration.

Bill Lipschutz's tips on how to become a successful forex trader

A Google search for the top forex traders in the world will show Bill Lipschutz in the top 10. The co-founder and Director of Portfolio Management for Hathersage Capital Management, Lipschutz had also worked for Solomon Brothers as Global Head of Foreign Exchange from 1981 to 1990. He was responsible for the development of the exchange-traded and over-the-counter foreign exchange option markets. He has held a number of elected and appointed positions in the foreign exchange industry. To get more news about Graduation, you can visit wikifx.com official website.
Born in Farmingdale, New York, Lipschutz began his trading career while attending Cornell University. He has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and completed his MBA in finance in 1982. Lipschutz’s education background has undoubtedly contributed to his success in the forex market.

He became interested in stocks after inheriting $12,000 worth of stocks when his grandmother died. Eventually, Lipschutz managed to turn his inheritance into $250,000, after hours of stock market research. He has had his share of ups and downs in his investing career; he once lost his entire portfolio balance on a single bad trading decision because he failed to use an appropriate risk-management strategy. He could have walked away from trading after this major setback. But it fuelled his interest in trading, and he decided to learn from his mistakes. In 1995, he formed his own company, Hathersage Capital Management.

Lipschutz has featured in books such as The New Market Wizards: Conversations with America’s Top Traders, by Jack D. Schwager, 1992 and The Mind of a Trader: Lessons in Trading Strategy From The World’s Leading Traders, by Alpesh B. Patel, 1998. He was inducted into the Trader Monthly Hall of Fame in October 2006.
Trading Strategy
Lipschutz says the primary focus point of investors while trading should be the risk-reward ratio. He always focuses on a 3 dollar return for 1 dollar risk. Also, according to Lipschutz, it is important to understand the difference between a winning trade and losing trade, including the timing of trades, stop loss-take profit set, and the size of trades.

"If you make any mistake in calculating the trading size and winning or losing trade, you may have to pay the price with your trading capital. However, it is also essential to understand the big picture of the market, which is a crucial element of price action trading," he said during an interview with Jack D Schwager.

Investors should focus on understanding the market well, whether they trade based on technical analysis or fundamental analysis. Many traders do not want to focus on fundamentals, he says, but it is critical to understand at least the essential function of fundamental analysis as it provides the logic and reason for market moves. "It is necessary to understand what the market is thinking and how to manage risks with the sentiment," he said.

Many traders come into the market and consider it as a money-making machine, which is not a wise thing to do, he says.Lipschutz has revealed many important tips for successful forex trading in his interview with Jack D. Schwager in "The New Market Wizards: Conversations with America’s Top Traders." Let's look at some of these tips.

Pay attention to risk-reward ratio
Investors need to pay attention to the risk-to-reward ratio, he says. They should be looking at positions where the potential profit is at least three times the amount they are risking on the trade. For short-term trades, Lipschutz looks for a 3-to-1 multiple of upside to downside. For more complicated trades where investors are risking significant capital, he says the ratio should be closer to 5 to 1 as a minimum. "A good rule of thumb for a short-term trade – 48 hours or less – is a ratio of three to one. For the longer-term trades, especially when multiple leg option structures are involved and some capital may have to be employed, I look for a profit-to-loss ratio of at least five to one," says the co-founder of Hathersage Capital.
Pay attention to details
Lipschutz stresses on the importance of structuring each trade to maximise the chances of success. Even if investors have a winning prospect, it’s easy to lose money if they don’t get the details right. "If your timing is slightly off, you could lose. You have to structure your trade in a manner that increases your probability, your upside, and decreases your downside. Getting your timing slightly wrong can lose you huge amounts of money. So it’s important to get the deal execution perfect. Do everything you can to increase your chance of winning, while limiting the risk in each trade," he says.

Understand the market
Lipschutz places importance on sentiment. Whether they are pure technical traders or have a different approach, he says, it is a mistake to ignore market perception. "It doesn’t matter if that perception is based on the Aztec calendar. If traders think that something is going to happen based on their charts, then something is going to happen just because of the momentum in the market. Unless you understand this, you’re going to end up compromising your trading positions," he adds.

Work hard
The co-founder of Hathersage Capital says the best traders are highly intelligent and willing to put in what it takes to be successful. Just being a genius is not enough to be successful in forex trading. "Truly successful traders look at money as simply a way of keeping score and get deep satisfaction out of the trading itself," he says.

Be totally focused
Lipschutz explains that a truly successful trader has to be totally focused and involved in trading. Money shouldn't be the only reason for an investor to get into the trading profession. "Most of the top traders have a child-like fascination with the game. Whether it’s the psychological elements of the game, the technical elements of the game, whether it’s the nameless, faceless aspect of a market, or them as single individuals against the market, or beating their brains against everyone else’s. There’s a kind of almost insane focus you must have to achieve trading excellence," he says.

The price of phenomenal success is something not many investors are prepared to pay. For those with insane focus, he adds, there is virtually no price to pay as they love what they are doing.
