NEW YORK -- Deron Williams has had surgery on both ankles and the Brooklyn Nets say their point guard should be ready for the start of training camp.Swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo Jersey . Williams had arthroscopic surgery Tuesday to remove spurs from the front and back of his left ankle. Also, a loose bone fragment was removed from his right ankle. Williams is expected to be on crutches for four to six weeks before rehabilitation, the Nets said in a statement. He will start light court activities in August and begin full basketball activities in September. The former All-Star has been plagued by ankle trouble for the past two seasons and missed 18 games in 2013-14, including 16 because of a sprained left ankle. He averaged 14.3 points and 6.1 assists.Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Bucks Jersey . Klose has a bruised pelvic bone and abdominal muscle problems but team doctors are trying to get him fit in time for the match. Bender has a hamstring injury. Germany is already without half-dozen players, due to injury or bad form. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Jersey .Cameron sustained his third concussion in three seasons last week on a hit by Oakland safety Brandion Ross, who was fined $22,050 by the NFL for the helmet-to-helmet blow.PITTSBURGH – Brett Lawrie started at second base as the Blue Jays ventured into a National League Park for the first time this season. Both Lawrie and his manager agree it isnt preferable. What it is: a consequence of a game played without the designated hitter. "Im a third baseman," said Lawrie. "Im not a third base/second base guy. Im a third baseman and thats my position. Im not necessarily going over there thinking Im going to be Chase Utley tonight. Im just going to try to make the routine play and roll a double play if we can. "Its for the team and if it gives us a chance to win than thats how it has to be." "All were trying to do is win a game," said manager John Gibbons. Lawrie has appeared in one game, for just one inning, at second base this season. He started six games at second base last season when the Jays briefly considered a position switch. His longest tenure at second base came over two seasons in Milwaukees farm system, when he played 231 games at the position at Single-A and Double-A. He approached the evening as if he was playing a permanent exaggerated shift, which sees Lawrie shift over to the right side of the infield against noted left-handed pull hitters. "Im not uncomfortable about it," said Lawrie. "Im a third baseman. I dont necessarily like going across the diamond and playing second base because Im not a second baseman. Im here to play third base but if it helps the team, thats what Im here to do." The position change is temporary while the Jays trudge through Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and it wont be daily. Gibbons expects Lawrie to return to third base on Saturday as Francisco retreats to the bench when the Pirates go a left-hander, Francisco Liriano. "We win more games when we score more runs," said Gibbons. "Weve been giving up runs. A lot of its based on what Franciscos done since he got here. We didnt know what we had but hes hit pretty well. Its one bat, a short right field wall and we think we need some production. Well give it a try and if it doesnt work well move on from that. &"It would be no different if Adam Lind was here," said Gibbons. Giannis Antetokounmpo Bucks Jersey. "Youd try to get his bat in the lineup and itd probably be Eddie over at third, you know." With the demotions of Ryan Goins and Jonathan Diaz in recent days, it appears the Blue Jays are veering away from the all-glove, no-bat options, willing to trade a bit of defence for improved offence. Friday nights defensive alignment falls in line with the previous decisions. "Even with the great defence were still below .500 so its not like were sitting there, five games over and you could say ... you know what I mean," said Gibbons. STIFF QUADRICEPS SIDELINES NAVARRO The Blue Jays recalled catcher Erik Kratz from Triple-A Buffalo and optioned right-hander Chad Jenkins to the Bisons on Friday. Kratzs recall was necessitated by Dioner Navarros stiff right quadriceps muscle, which he injured late in Thursdays win at Kansas City. "It was the first time Ive ever felt anything in my quad," said Navarro. "Ive had problems with my hamstrings before; nothing with my quads so it was kind of strange." Navarro is listed as day to day. He didnt play on Friday and isnt scheduled to be in Saturdays lineup anyway with R.A. Dickey due to pitch. "Were going to be really careful with it," said Navarro. JANSSEN INCHING CLOSER Casey Janssen threw another bullpen session on Friday and pronounced himself ready to go out on a minor league rehabilitation assignment. Hell join Double-A New Hampshire in time for its game on Monday against Binghamton. No return date has been set but Janssen will need multiple appearances, including on back-to-back days. RAIN DELAYS LINDS RETURN TO GAME ACTION Adam Lind was supposed to play in an extended spring training game on Friday in Dunedin, Florida, but the game was rained out. Gibbons says Lind took ground balls indoors and will be in game action on Saturday, weather permitting. The hope is for Lind to return in the middle of next week, possibly when the Blue Jays play host to the Philadelphia Phillies. Cheap NFL Jerseys nfl jerseys china ' ' '

TORONTO -- Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista has defended his failed attempt to steal third Friday night, saying he was just trying to get something going. Kevin Williams Seahawks Jersey . With the Jays trailing Boston 5-0 with one out in the fourth inning, Bautista doubled. But after Edwin Encarnacion walked, Bautista was caught trying to steal third. Dioner Navarro then popped up to end the Toronto threat. The Red Sox went on to win 8-1, with Boston starter Jake Peavey calling the failed Bautista steal "a shot in the arm for us." Asked what Bautista was thinking by trying to take third, Toronto manager John Gibbons replied: "Ive got no idea. Its not smart winning baseball. Im sure he wont do it again." Bautistas explanation Saturday was that he was saw an opportunity to improve his teams position. "I thought it was a great chance to get two guys in scoring position, even though we were down 5-0," he said. "Obviously, the only thing I regret is that I didnt make it. "But the pitcher was being slow to the plate. I thought I had a pretty good idea that the pitch was going to be a breaking ball, and I also know that the catchers not the best catch-and-throw catcher in the league. Maybe my lead wasnt that big. Maybe I didnt get off to a great running start. But I thought it was a great opportunity for us to get two runners in scoring position with less than two outs. Sometimes you take chances and it doesnt work out, and thats part of the game. "The only way you can make a mistake is if youre out there on the bases. It just didnt work out for us last night." Bautista clearly hoped Encarnacion might follow his lead on the bases, but said he did not have a chance to flash his teammate a sign. Tharold Simon Seahawks Jersey . The 22-year-old Kreider was injured Friday night in New Yorks win at Columbus, but played in the next two games -- including Monday nights win over Phoenix. But the left winger, who has 17 goals and 37 points this season, was limited to about 10 minutes of ice time in each of the previous games. Kevin Norwood Seahawks Jersey . -- Jerome Williams glanced at Philadelphias schedule and realized he would be facing the Oakland Athletics yet again, with another new team.EVIAN-LES-BAINS, France -- Suzann Pettersen barely had time to hug her caddie before the Champagne started flowing in her direction. In the first womens major played in Europe, Pettersen beat teenage star Lydia Ko of New Zealand by two shots to win the Evian Championship on Sunday and clinch the second major title of her career. The Norwegian calmly rolled in her par putt to seal the title. Pettersen then leaned back and held her head in her hands, hugged her caddie and laughed as she was surrounded by friends spraying her with Champagne on the green. "I might start to get a bit emotional," Pettersen said, her voice wavering, as she collected the trophy. It was her first major since the LPGA Championship in 2007 and her second straight tournament win after the Safeway Classic this month. Pettersen shot a 3-under 68 to finish with a 10-under total of 203 after the tournament was reduced to three rounds when Thursdays play was rained out. The 16-year-old Ko, who was trying to become the youngest major champion, finished with a 70. American Lexi Thompson shot a 68 to finish four shots back in third place, with South Koreans So Yeon Ryu and Se Ri Pak five shots behind in a tie for fourth. This was the first year that Evian counted as the fifth and final major of the year on the womens calendar. "I dont know if its quite sunk in yet that Ive won another major. Its been a while, but Im pretty lucky to say that Ive won two," Pettersen said. "Hopefully, this is just the start. Its been such a great month, five weeks for me, starting off with the Solheim (Cup). It was a great kick-start for what became the best month of my career." The third-ranked Pettersen plans to have "one heck of a party" to celebrate, before focusing on her goal to earn the No. 1 ranking. "This is part of the process, you have to win tournaments, you have to win majors," said Pettersen, who in the past has been hampered by a fiery temperament. "I feel Ive been a lot more relaxed around the golf course over the past year, smiling a lot more. ... Ive come to the age when Im too old to be around and not be happy." Top-ranked Inbee Park was looking to become the first golfer to win four majors in a year, but finished way out of contention. Mika Miyazato of Japan held a one-shot lead going into the final round but struggled to a 79 and finishedd tied for 19th.Patrick Kerney Seahawks Jersey. That left Ko -- at 16 years, 4 months, 22 days -- as Pettersens main challenger. But she bogeyed the 13th to fall two shots behind and never looked likely to make a comeback. Her chip for birdie at the 18th -- which would have put some pressure on Pettersen -- stopped just left of the hole. "Shes such a great competitor. She keeps us on our toes," the 32-year-old Pettersen said. "Shes 16 and shes good enough to win tournaments, to win major championships. Shes a future star for this game." Shell have to wait until next year for a chance to break American Morgan Pressels record of youngest major winner. Pressel was 18 years, 10 months, 9 days when she won the Kraft Nabisco Championship in 2007. "I dont think I felt that nervous today, but coming down the last two holes I thought Suzann had it in the bag," Ko said. "It was really good to know that I could come close to a winner at a major. Hopefully, next year it will be a 72-hole event." An overnight downpour rendered the course soggy and led to a 90-minute delay in the morning. "I thought today we would fight the weather more than we did, so it was a walk in the park just to stay dry," Pettersen said. "I didnt know what to expect with the weather we had overnight. But the greens were good." When play got started, Ko opened her round with a birdie while Pettersen had birdies on the second and third holes. Pettersen bogeyed the seventh when she over-hit her approach shot. She recovered with a birdie on the next hole and led Ko by one shot and Ryu by two after the front nine. Ko looked stern-faced after missing a chance to move level on the 12th, and Pettersen shook her head in disbelief as her second shot on 13th drifted wide into the choppy rough. But she ended up saving a tricky par while Ko had to settle for bogey, leaving her two shots ahead. Ko looked downbeat when she missed another birdie chance on 17. "I didnt feel confident with my putting today. I left a couple short," Ko said. "I misread some putts. I wont blame the greens that were bumpy, and blah, blah, blah. I dont blame others." Stacy Lewis won last months British Open, but after a solid start the American finished six shots behind Pettersen in a tie for sixth along with American Angela Stanford and South Koreas Chella Choi. Cheap NFL Jerseys nfl jerseys china ' ' '

Every night of the Stanley Cup playoffs, TSN hockey analyst and former NHL goaltender Jamie McLennan breaks down each goalies performance. Kevin Huber Bengals Jersey . Jamies number grades given are out of five, with five being the best mark. Marc-Andre Fleury, Pittsburgh Penguins (4) – Hes deep and his stick is out of position on the first goal, but he makes up for it with big saves on Stepan and Zuccarello in the first. He had big right pad saves on Girardi and Stepan, Sharp on Hagelin down wall, certainly kept his team in it as they gave up some high quality chances. He gave them a chance to win, but was outduelled by Lundqvist, who was simply outstanding. Henrik Lundqvist, New York Rangers (5) – He put on a show, was locked in the whole night. He made a great blocker save on Crosby, was good in tight on net plays as they crashed all night long. He had big saves on Kunitz and Neal in the second and huge saves on Martin, Neal and Malkin in-crease in the third. He simply stole the show. Corey Crawford, Chicago Blackhawks (5) - Best I have seen him play, he outstanding early on, especially on Granlund and Fontaine. He had a big save on Fontaine on a breakaway, and fought off the rebound as well and then robs him again in the last five minutes of the second. He really elevated his play, timely saves that gave Chicago a chance to get their skill rolling. Great post play on the Coyle in the third while shorthanded and robbed Neiderreiter with less than six minutes left in regulation.  He was also outstanding in OT on Parise and Granlund. He stole the game for the Blackhawks. Ilya Bryzgalov, Minnesota Wild (5) – He had a very good start with big saves on Sharp and Toews early on, then no better save than the breakaway by Sharp, with Toews waiting for the rebound to keep it at 1-1. He had a great save on Kane with 3:20 left in third and a huge save on Hossa in OT; side to side play. He had no chance on the game-winner, it was a bad bounce off the glass. He gave them very good goaltending this series.  Customized Cincinnati Bengals Jersey ." The Austrian opened the race in 56.92 seconds. Felix Neureuther of Germany was 0.38 behind to become the only racer within a second of the lead. Luca Aerni of Switzerland, who started 27th, finished 1.36 behind in third, closely followed by Fritz Dopfer of Germany and Alexis Pinturault of France, who won the slalom in Wengen last week. "Visibilty was obviously bad," said Hirscher, who wiped his goggles immediately after crossing the finish line. Michael Janyk of Whistler, B.C., was the top Canadian in 17th place. Mario Matt of Austria skied out in the first run, which means Hirscher will remain in the lead of the slalom standings regardless the outcome of the second run. Hirscher is aiming to become the first slalom skier to win back-to-back crystal globes since Thomas Sykora in 1997 and 98. Its the final slalom before nations have to name their Alpine skiing teams for the Sochi Olympics. After days of mild weather, course workers salted the piste in order to harden up the surface, but the fresh snow made for difficult conditions. Furthermore, the unusual placing of some gates by Croatian coach Ante Kostelic made racing even hharder. Kevin Zeitler Bengals Jersey. . "On such a tough course the field gets torn apart," Hirscher said. Kostelic, the father of former overall champions Ivica and Janica, has made a name for setting challenging courses. A year ago in Kitzbuehel, the jury rejected a course set by Kostelic, deeming it as "unskiable." The course wasnt that extraordinary this time, though Neureuther said it was "by far the most difficult slalom in Kitzbuehel I have ever done." "Visibility is brutal, the course setting is extreme, and the piste is bad," the German said. "Its extreme but we are the best ski racers so we have to adapt to these conditions. I managed that quite well in the first run. I think nobody feels really well today." Nolan Kasper of the United States lost a pole when he tried to clean his goggles during the final part of his run. He still completed the final gates and came 3.34 seconds behind in 25th place. "Its definitely tough, its one or two gates in a row that get a lot of splashback," Kasper said. "Its not the snow falling, its the snow from the gate. Thats why I tried to wipe my goggles and dropped my pole. I am probably not going to do that next run." The second run will be held under floodlights later Friday. Cheap NFL Jerseys nfl jerseys china ' ' '

TORONTO – He deftly bounced the Tyler Bozak feed off his left skate and onto the blade of his stick before beating a flabbergasted Craig Anderson with the eventual game-winner, and third goal of yet another scorching night. Richie Incognito Bills Jersey .  It was the summation of the fifth career hat trick and fifth career 30-goal season for Phil Kessel – he also added an assist – whose scorching play continues to lead a burning Leafs run, one that reached nine wins in 11 games at the ACC on Saturday night. “Its fun to watch,” Nazem Kadri said of Kessels play after a 6-3 win over Ottawa, the 23-year-old catching fire himself in recent weeks. “Hes making plays out there left, right and centre so well just keep letting him do what he does.” Kessel has mesmerized with his electric production amid the Leafs charge – which has them three points back of Tampa for second in the Atlantic division – totaling 10 goals and 23 points in the past 12 games. He has vaulted into fourth in league scoring with 61 points, now trailing only Alex Ovechkin with 30 goals – the fourth time hes reached that mark in five seasons with the Leafs, the lockout-shortened 48-game season the lone exception. The 26-year-old, set to join Team USA for the second time at the upcoming Olympics in Sochi, appears well on his way to eclipsing a career-high of 37 markers and could very well challenge the 40-goal plateau for the first time. “Its hard to really put a limit on him,” said Bozak, who had a goal and an assist and now has 29 points in 33 games this season. “He can get so streaky. Three goals tonight, who knows next game. You never know with him. I definitely wouldnt doubt him getting 40 goals by any means.” Kessel is on pace for 43 goals and 88 points, both of which would prove career-highs. Toronto is 16-3-3 when he scores this season and 26-6-4 when he records a point. Five Points 1. Kessel vs. Ottawa With their third win in three tries against the Senators this season, the Leafs have now beaten their Ontario rival nine times in the past 10 meetings. Much of that success is owed to their leading scorer, who toys with Ottawa like no other. Kessel has 18 goals and 35 points versus the Senators in 25 games as a Leaf and more career goals (25) and points (46) against them than any other team. 2. Kessels All-Around Game Though his performance is aptly judged on the level of offence he produces, Kessels all-around efforts and competitiveness have notably risen during the Leafs sizzling run, which sees them with 66 points on the year. Pointing first to the deadly shot and skating ability of his teammate, Joffrey Lupul observed that “you know when [Kessels] really playing well because of how hes competing on pucks down-low in the offensive end – turning his back, protecting the puck – and hes been doing that for a while now. It makes him really effective down there.” Added Randy Carlyle: “Hes been classified as this one type of player and we think that hes got more of an all-around ability too because he can distribute the puck, he can pass the puck, he can find people, he can do a lot more things than just shoot.” Kessel has 13 assists during the 12-game run. 3. Secondary Hot Streak Kadris hot streak also kept marching on against the Senators. The 23-year-old set up Lupul for the Leafs second goal – which erased a 2-0 deficit – infuriating the Ottawa bench as he did so. Aggressive on the forecheck, Kadri connected with rookie defender Cody Ceci from behind before digging out the puck and feeding his teammate, who was all alone parked in front. The visitors believed a penalty should have been called on the hit from behind and the goal waved off. “I think he turned just to try and give himself a little more room,” Kadri said of Ceci. “At that point Im just fully committed to hit and I just finished my check. To be honest, I did let up a little bit and the puck was laying there and I just put it in front.” Kadri, who played over 23 minutes (nearing a season-high), also added an empty-netter and has 14 points in the past nine games. He is up to 40 points in 53 games this season. 4. Back on Track In a stretch of 20 games between November and December, Joffrey Lupul failed to find the score-sheet 16 times, producing points (10) in just four games. Bouncing between left and right wing, Lupul played with a rotating cast of centres that included everyone from Jay McClement to James van Riemsdyk to Peter Holland and Trevor Smith. “You would like to stay on one line the entire year because that means, for me youre staying healthy first of all, and having success with your linemates,” the 30-year-old told the Leaf Report late last month. “But weve had so many guys in and out of the lineup – myself included, Clarkson, Kulemin, Bozak, everyones been out – theres been nothing really set in stone other than Phil and JVR together, thats been pretty much the only thing.” Entrenched with the same linemates – Nik Kulemin and Nazem Kadri – for the past eight games, while back at his preferred left wing, Lupul is finding a more consistent offensive touch. He scored his 17th goal against the Senators and now has eight points in the past eight games, totaling 33 points in 48 games this season. “Hes a different player on the left side,” said Carlyle. 5. Riellys Improvement Questioned on where he had improved most from the start of his first full NHL training camp, 19-year-old Morgan Rielly pointed to the defensive end. “Id like to think there are a few things Ive improved on,” he told the Leaf Report. “I would say playing defence in my own end. I think thats an area of the game that as a team weve been trying to improve. I think as we kept practicing that and keep talking about it I think that Ive been able to improve at that. But I think I can keep working at it.” More specifically, Rielly said hes improved in his ability to close out on opposing forwards, sealing them against the glass and thus more quickly erasing offensive opportunities. “Just trying to end plays,” he said. “I think that in the past I was just trying to keep them outside. I was a bit too cautious. I think Ill get stronger at just closing in on them and just trying to end the play.” Now paired with Tim Gleason, Riellys defensive assignments are getting tougher and included Ottawa captain Jason Spezza on Saturday evening. Stats-Pack 23 – Points for Phil Kessel in the past 12 games, totaling 10 goals in that span. 14 – Points in the past nine games for Nazem Kadri. 8 – Times in the past nine games that Kadri has registered at least a point. 6 – Consecutive wins for the Leafs at home, the first time theyve accomplished that feat since Mar.6 – Apr. 7, 2007 (9-game streak). 26 – Power-play goals for the Leafs at home this season, most in the NHL. 16-3-3 – Leafs record this season when Kessel scores a goal. 18 – Goals for Kessel in 25 career games as a Leaf against Ottawa. 3:43 – Ice-time for Greg McKegg in his NHL debut. 10-10 – Toronto penalty kill in the past three games. Samardzija, 29, has become a first-rate starting pitcher, even if his win totals dont make that readily apparent. In 78 starts for the Cubs over the past three years, Samardzija has a 19-33 record, but has a 3.83 ERA and 1.27 WHIP are respectable and he struck out 497 batters in 496 1/3 innings, a rate surpassed by eight qualified starters in the past three years. This season alone, Samardzija was 2-7 with a 2.83 ERA and 1.20 WHIP with 103 strikeouts in 108 innings with the Cubs. While Samardzijas mid-90s fastball drives his results, hes throwing a harder slider than ever before and its been an out pitch for him. Moving to Oakland is a great opportunity for Samardzija to be a rotation anchor for a World Series contender. He had never pitched in Oakland, prior to his As debut Sunday, but Oaklands park has been pitcher-friendly for years, so that ought to keep Samardzijas numbers strong. Hell be arbitration-eligible at the end of the season, due for a good raise on his $5.345-million salary, but Samardzija is under organizational control for another season beyond 2014. Hammel is a 31-year-old who was hanging around on the free agent market until the end of January, when he settled on a one-year, $6-million deal with the Cubs. That lack of interest was justified, to some degree, by Hammels 2013 season, during which he posted a 4.97 ERA and 1.46 WHIP. This year, its been a different story, as Hammel posted a career-best 2.98 ERA and 1.02 WHIP in 17 starts with the Cubs, striking out 104 in 108 2/3 innings in the process. For such a marked difference, there ought to be some tangible differences in Hammels game. His home run rate is down and hes leaving a greater percentage of base-runners on, but Hammels real improvement is that his walk rate is under 2.0 for the first time in his career. Hes reduced the percentage of curve balls and change-ups that he throws, focusing on his fastball and slider and, like Samardzija, Hammels slider has been especially devastating this season. In fact, according to Fan Graphs, Hammel has the most effective slider in baseball this season. If Hammel continues the way hes pitched this season, hell be able to cash in as a free agent in the offseason. Getting Hammel in addition to Samardzija is really a power move by the As. Instead of settling for the upgrade that Samardzija provides, they also have enough depth with Hammel that LHP Tommy Milone (3.55 ERA in 16 starts) could lose his spot in the rotation. This gives Oakland insurance for injuries to their other starters and, perhaps even better (if not outright done deliberately), prevents Hammel from going to another contending team that is looking to shore up its pitching staff. Before making this trade, the As were the top team in baseball and they just added to quality starting pitchers, both of whom are having excellent seasons, so consider this trade to be the equivalent of the As pushing their chips to the middle of the table. Theyre all in. The Cubs Get: SS Addison Russell, RHP Dan Straily, CF Billy McKinney and a player to be named later. Russell, 20, was the 11th overall pick in the 2012 Draft and, while hes missed a couple months due to a hamstring injury this season, hes shown that he has the bat to be a star in the major leagues, posting an .899 OPS in 185 games in the minors. Russell has played a total of 20 games this season, 15 since being promoted to Double-A, so he could still use time to develop, but he should be knocking on the Cubs door by next season. This presents something of an enviable problem for Chicago as one of their many great prospects is shortstop Javier Baez and they have incumbent starter Starlin Castro with the big-league club. Either some players are getting traded or there will be some position changes coming, but Russell is a great get for Chicago -- hes one of the top position player prospects in the game. 25-year-old Straily got roughed up a bit early this season (4.93 ERA in seven starts), losing his spot in the As rotation, but that was a case of surrendering too many home runs (nine in 38 1/3 IP) as his 1.25 WHIP was pretty much in line with his career average. Straily doesnt throw hard at the best of times, but he lost a couple miles per hour off all of his pitches and that can make a difference for guys with overpowering stuff. Nevertheless, a 25-year-old with a good slider who has managed a 4.11 ERA and 1.26 WHIP in 41 major-league starts (with slightly better numbers on the road) is worth a look for the Cubs. The 24th pick in the 2013 Draft, McKinney is a 19-year-old centre fielder climbing his way up the minor-league ladder after coming out of Texas high school ball. Overall, the left-handed hitter has a .278 average and .769 OPS in 132 minor-league games, but is hitting .243 with a .729 OPS in 77 games at Advanced Class-A ball. Hell need a little time to develop and the Cubs have other strong outfield prospects on the way too, but add a quality bat to the organization and see where he is in a couple of years. As much as the Cubs are giving up a couple of quality starting pitchers, players that give the As an immediate shot in the arm heading into the second half of the season, they got quality assets in return. If Russell does make it as even an above-average starter at shortstop, and one of Straily or McKinney provides some kind of value, then the Cubs will eventually reap the rewards of this deal. Also, Real Betis dealt Villarreal its first loss this season with a 1-0 home win, Levantes late goal gave it a 1-0 victory at Osasuna, and Getafe striker Adrian Colunga scored twice as it beat Espanyol 2-0. While neither team shone at Celtas Balaidos Stadium, Elche went close through Manuel del Morals high strike just before the halftime whistle. Marquez then broke the deadlock on a counterattack in the 62nd minute. His low shot from an angle while on the run sent the ball in off the far post. Elche earned promotion last season, making its long-awaited return to the first division where it had gone winless through six rounds to start this campaign. "My team deserved this win," said Elche coach Francisco Escriba. "In this league there are 10-12 teams on a very similar level and its strange that games between them are decided in another way. The sensation I have is that my team is playing well." Betis got its second win of the season from a combination of midfielder Emmanuel "Nosa" Igiebors 36th-minute winner and some dogged defending that stifled Villarreals previously potent attack. Nosa charged in to hammer home a rebound off a shot by Joan Verdu that had been parried by goalie Sergio Asenjo. "Its a shame we couldnt get something from the times when we broke into their area," Villarreal coach Marcelino Garcia said. "Im satisfied with my teams effort, annoyed by the result, but to lose your first game in the seventh round... There are different ways to lose and losing this way hurts less." Villarreals first defeat left it in fourth place, two points behind Real Madrid in third. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are annother five points ahead at the top of the standings. Vincent Brown Colts Jersey. . Levante looked ready to settle for a draw in Pamplona when midfielder Jordi Xumetra netted in the 87th following a penalty. Osasuna goalkeeper Andres Fernandez blocked Papakouly Diops spot kick, but Xumetra raced in to slot home the rebound. Osasuna dominated the first half but failed to capitalize, with striker Oriol Riera squandering two good chances. Levante improved in the second half with Simao Mates header finding the crossbar before Osasunas Jordan Loties fouled Ruben Garcia in the area with three minutes to play. Osasuna finished with 10 men when Alvaro Cejudo received a second yellow card in injury time. Under new coach Joaquin Caparros, Levante has two wins, four draws and only one loss to start the season. Osasuna was left with one win and six losses. "It was a wide-open game, and we both had clear chances," said Xumetra. "But we took the points at the end from a penalty that we were lucky enough to put in." Colunga opened the scoring at Espanyol in the 73rd minute for Getafe when he took substitute Pablo Sarabias throughball and fired it past goalkeeper Kiko Casillas into the corner of the net. Espanyol searched for the equalizer but could not convert its 14 corners, Joan Capdevila and Hector Moreno going the closest with headers. Colunga added his second goal in stoppage time to seal Getafes first away win of the season. It was Getafes third win in four matches, while Espanyol has now lost two straight after starting the season unbeaten in its first five games. "A miscue cost us the first goal and later arrived the nerves, the desperation and the heroics," said Espanyol manager Javier Aguirre. "We lacked clarity. The 2-0 is too much of a punishment, but we cant let it bring us down." Cheap NFL Jerseys nfl jerseys china ' ' '

The Tampa Bay Lightning re-signed forward Alex Killorn to a two-year, $5. Brian Hartline Browns Jersey .1 million contract on Thursday. Killorn ranked sixth on the Lightning in goals with 17 in his first full NHL season. The Halifax, Nova Scotia native appeared in four games in the Stanley Cup playoffs, scoring a goal and an assist. The 24-year-old forward has skated in 120 career NHL games, all with the Lightning over the past two seasons, posting 24 goals and 60 points to go along with 77 penalty minutes. Killorn was originally selected by the Lightning in the third round, 77th overall, at the 2007 NHL Draft. Duke Johnson Browns Jersey . -- Steven Stamkos scored his first goal since returning from a major injury, Ryan Callahan had his first goal with Tampa Bay, and the Lightning beat the Florida Panthers 5-4 on Thursday night. Donte Whitner Browns Jersey . -- Canada played to expectation up until halftime.Opening night of the baseball playoffs provided some great theatre, assuming you could stay awake long enough to watch. That the 12th-inning win by Kansas City over Oakland took nearly five hours to play highlights a problem baseball still has to address. Still, the return to small ball in a sport plagued by steroids should be celebrated just as much as the first post-season win by the Royals in 29 years. But as Bud Selig prepares to take a victory lap on behalf of the owners he represented so well, there are issues he hasnt handled nearly as well. While the game is awash in cash that is making both owners and players richer than ever, it has become increasingly marginalized as a national sport as attendance sags in some cities and television ratings continue to sink.Incoming commissioner Rob Manfred has a chance to do something about that. As the playoffs begin, here are a few suggestions to help the grand old game:HIRE VINNY a€” Clayton Kershaw may get the Dodgers in the World Series all by himself, but how about giving us a treat once theyre there? Put Vin Scully in the broadcast booth for Game 1 and let of the rest of the nation find out why the 86-year-old announcer is so revered in Southern California. Let Scully work alone as always and spin stories, like the time in 1956 he called Don Larsens perfect game at Yankee Stadium on NBC and was afraid to say much more than Strike 3 because he had been told the new medium would tell the story. Nothing to lose, because World Series ratings have been sinking for decades now.SET THINGS STRAIGHT a€” Selig will be gone in January, which is probably a good thing for baseball. Selig did what commissioners are supposed to do, which is make owners money and get taxpayers to build new ballparks. But he turned a blind eye to the steroid scandal and will leave office still thinking Barry Bonds is the career home run leader. The new commissioner should on his first day of the job declare any offensive mark set between 1988 (Jose Cansecos heyday) and today void simply because they cant be believed.ALL STARS a€” If Manfred still has time on his first day he should abolish Seligs rule giving the league that wins the All-Star game home-field advantage in the World Series. The desperate attempt to make the All-Star game meaningful in some way was a joke from the beginning.SOLVE THE DH a€” Either ban the designated hitter all together or make it mandatory in the National League, too. No other sport plays by different rules in different divisions, but baseball hasnt figured out the DH dilemma since it was introduced in the American League 41 years ago. Barkevious Mingo Browns Jersey. Its an issue in the post-season when AL pitchers are ill-prepared to hit in NL parks, and NL rosters are not built with a slugger to plug in the middle of the lineup.FIX INSTANT REPLAY a€” Baseball was a latecomer to the instant replay party, but got it mostly right in its inaugural season. What needs to go away is the dance that has developed when managers come out of the dugout to stall while getting word whether to appeal a call or not.LET PETE IN a€” Its way past time to allow Pete Rose back into the game. Seligs refusal to revisit the subject of the hits king doesnt make sense anymore, if it ever did. Rose has more than served his time for betting on games, yet his only connection to the game remains signing baseballs in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, others who have disgraced baseball by using steroids are working in dugouts and keep appearing on Hall of Fame ballots.SPEED THINGS UP a€” In one of his final acts in office, Selig formed a committee to come up with recommendations to speed up games that now top out at an average of more than three hours apiece. No committee needed because its mostly common sense. Make batters stay in the box; dont let pitchers stroll from the mound. Add to that some batting gloves that dont need to be constantly adjusted, and the game will suddenly be a half hour shorter.ONE SONG IS ENOUGH a€” Playing the national anthem before the game is a time-honoured tradition that began in baseball and has been embraced by almost every sport. But is there really a need for another song during the seventh-inning stretch to remind us we live in the greatest country on earth? God Bless America is a fine tune, but fans buy tickets for a baseball game, not a patriotic rally.CELEBRATE KERSHAW a€” Hes most often compared to Sandy Koufax, but it may not be long before Clayton Kershaw is the one that others are compared to. Hes an artist on the mound, with four straight ERA titles, and will likely be the National League MVP as well as Cy Young winner. Hes also the highest paid pitcher in the game, but he and his wife are heavy into charitable activities, including building an orphanage in Africa. About the only thing Kershaw hasnt done is pitch well deep into the post-season. Get that done this year and lot of people will be celebrating along with him.___Tim Dahlberg is a national sports columnist for The Associated Press. The approach has transcended expectations and has agitated over into assorted iterations of the awful accepted first-person shooter. However, in a contempo DICE allocution from the Treyarch flat head, the crank approach was abutting to not anytime authoritative it into RS Gold the Runescape game. PC Gamer does a abrupt beat on Treyarch Studio's arch honcho, Mark Lamia, laying down some accuracy bombs at DICE. Lamia explained how crisis time had put the aggregation abaft and how the approach contacting the zombies was about scrapped. According to the PC Gamer article...

“The plan was "unapproved, unplanned, and unscheduled," and "clearly off brand," but if Lamia was alleged to abolish the approach and absolute the development aggregation to accomplishment the Runescape bold as planned, he chose not to. The aggregation was adequate the approach so much, he said, that plan on it connected even admitting they were abaft schedule.” That's a complete arresting story. We've heard assorted times about the bulk of accepting abaft agenda animate on an AAA game. Every anniversary a aggregation is abaft agenda the costs accession exponentially because the administrator now has to pay the aggregation to accumulate animate on a bold aloft the allotted annual for the Runescape game. Hence, the absolution dates are bureaucracy so that there is a specific borderline in which the administrator has approaching for the developers to complete the Runescape game, and if they go aloft that deadline... well, that's time and money and it could potentially affect the basal band on the annual banking reports.Activision took a accident absolution Treyarch agreement with the crank approach in Alarm of Duty: Apple at War because it angry out to be one of the a lot of accepted modes in a Alarm of Duty game. In the bi-annual absolution aeon for Buy RS Gold Treyarch, they became accepted for including the crank mode, including in the Alarm of Duty: Atramentous Ops, Alarm of Duty: Atramentous Ops 2 and the latest Alarm of Duty: Advanced Warfare. In fact, the modes garnered abundant acceptance that Treyarch and Activision even had assorted celebrities footfall into roles in the address modes, from Sara Michelle Gellar to Ray Liotta and even afresh John Malkovich. Alarm of Duty: Advanced Warfare aswell starred Kevin Spacey, in case you forgot. The crank modes accept acquired over time and the latest approach – the Exo-Zombie approach for Alarm of Duty: Advanced Warfare – adds an added aberration to the approved and accurate blueprint by authoritative the zombies abrasion exo-suits that acquiesce them to jump fire, run faster and chaw harder.

According to Lamia... "Zombies accomplished Treyarch that it's OK to draft the butterfly's wings," … "Just don't do it with adhesive fingers," PC Gamer surmises that Lamia is apropos to the approved and accurate blueprint of the Alarm of Duty authorization and not tinkering too abundant with what works and how it works, but still accolade agency to annex out and do Cheap Darkscape Gold something a little altered every now and then. Accustomed the sales of Alarm of Duty: Advanced Warfare and the blow of Treyarche's Runescape games, I assumption it's safe to say that they didn't ruin the butterfly's wings.Condemned 3 Adeptness Happen.
